Tristar House
A stunning home close to great amenities
Tristar House is a detached 5-bedroom home in a quiet area of Nuneaton. The home consists of three bedrooms for the young people and two bedrooms available for two staff members to sleep in at night to support 24-hour care. Tristar House is designed, furnished and decorated to offer a comfortable, safe place that has a homely environment and feel for all of the children and young people.
The ground floor of Tristar House consists of three living spaces for the children and staff. The lounge has a comfortable sitting area, TV and a separate dining area. There is a games/craft room with a TV, console and arcade games as well as access to a library of books and board games.
Inside Tristar House
We have ensured that there are areas within our home for children and young people to have quiet refection time. Tristar House has a separate therapy room and a quiet area on the first floor for work or relaxation. All shared areas of the home are accessible to young people. In the interest of confidentiality, young people do not have access to the staff office.
The home encourages the children to personalise their surroundings by actively involving them in choosing décor and furnishings for the home and personalising their own bedroom. The young people receive an allowance when they first move into the home so that they can purchase items of their choice to personalise their bedrooms. The young people will be encouraged to have some input into the maintenance of the home to facilitate a sense of belonging.
Outside Tristar House
The home has a fully enclosed rear garden ideal for spending time outdoor, relaxing in the sunshine on the swing chair, garden patio set or playing table tennis.
